Delivery time?

U.S. delivery time: 7-14 days.
Europe delivery time: 7-20 days.
Other countries: 20-30 days.

When will it be shipped?

After placing your order, we will process your order within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an shipping confirmation email within 72 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us. Please note that orders are not shipped on holidays and weekends.
Express shipping is typically 2-7 days, and standard shipping is 7-14 days, however due to the pandemic, delivery carriers have seen slight-to-significant delays in shipping. International shipping may be further delayed due to the pandemic, as many countries are holding packages in customs longer than usual. purchase4c is not responsible for the shipping times and we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once the package has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the product has been confirmed as having been received by the carrier. If a package is returned to sender due to an error made at the time of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for resending.

Returns & Exchanges?

Exchanges: Once we receive the returned unit, we will issue a replacement in the requested size/color. Please note that orders that have been exchanged are considered a final sale and are not eligible for return.
Returns: Once we receive your order, a refund for the original purchase price will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Please note, return shipping cost is not covered and is not refundable. Missing or stolen packages are not refundable if the mail carrier confirms delivery.
